Dyvide
Car-trip cost-sharing app built with Flutter, Go and AWS, with route planning and toll calculations. Discontinued.
Dyvide started from a simple real problem: calculating shared travel expenses with friends without bouncing across multiple tools.
It grew into a broader trip-calculation and sharing product, covering vehicle-aware route costs, tolls, friends, saved locations, and public trip discovery.
Dyvide came from a real repeated annoyance: organising trips with friends usually meant juggling separate calculators, maps, toll references, and message threads just to split expenses properly.
After some lightweight market research, it became clear that plenty of tools solved fragments of the problem, but very few handled the full trip flow in a way that felt coherent.
The product expanded beyond simple splitting. Dyvide supported vehicle storage, custom locations, favourite trips, manual and automatic route calculation, multiple unit systems, and a global shared trip feed.
Dyvide was released on Android and iOS, with a companion website.
